Slowly add 1 cup warm water and 2 tbsp oil of choice, mixing until combined with no lumps. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer to a well-greased, lined pizza tray. Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced, then evenly spread the dough with wet fingertips. Par-bake for approximately 15 minutes, until lightly golden. Add your favourite toppings and bake for a further 10–15 minutes.
